Vizada Sells GMPCS Personal Communications, Inc.
Vizada to Focus on Strengthening Relationships with Distributors and Channel Partners
Vizada, the leading provider of global satellite communications solutions with more market share on more satellite networks than any other provider, today announced the sale of its affiliate, GMPCS Personal Communications, Inc., to a private investor. Terms of the sale are not being disclosed.
A member of the Vizada group of companies since August of 2004, GMPCS Personal Communications is a major international distributor of mobile and fixed satellite phone equipment and services using the Inmarsat, Iridium, Globalstar, and Thuraya satellite networks.
