Seamless reporting on all oceans
Vizada's land earth station (LES) is now compliant with the MORP (Multi Ocean Region Polling) feature for Inmarsat C terminals.
It enables the LES to download DNIDs (Data Network Identity Number) in ocean regions where the Inmarsat C terminal is not logged on, so that fleet operators can send a pre-defined message or "poll" to all four ocean regions.
- With a single command, MORP enables fleet operators to set a program (send polls to a group of terminals), as well as launch or stop the program, providing seamless reporting over all oceans.
- A DNID can be downloaded in all ocean regions.
- The LESO can also manage DNIDs allocated to specific terminals e.g. delete DNIDs in a terminal that are applicable to other ocean regions.
- MORP services are available over Internet (IP/Telnet and e-mail).
