Vizada supports TSF on mission in Mexico & Santo Domingo

Télécoms Sans Frontières (TSF) deployed a crew of emergency telecoms specialists to the Dominican Republic to support the United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination teams (UNDAC) in the aftermath of Hurricane Noel which seriously affected the country.

Following heavy floods in Mexico, the NGO specializing in emergency telecommunications, set up a second communications center to support the UNDAC.

As official partner to TSF, Vizada provides the NGO with a range of satellite phones and terminals, such as RBGAN, BGAN, MiniM and GAN M4. This enables the deployment of communications centers providing broadband Internet, phone and fax lines in order to optimize emergency aid processes.
